Archie comics hold the record for highest value of a non-superhero comic book.
In a recent Heritage auction, a graded (8.5 score), cased copy of Archie #1 sold for $167,000.00
The primary factor in value however is always going to be condition. Just being 50 years old does not automatically bring value so it is impossible to put an exact estimate on what your collection is worth without further information.
Take the books to a veteran comic book shop owner or send them to online comic graders. Good condition books can be worth quite a bit, while bad condition books will be worth almost nothing.

∙ 14y agoit depends on how old the comic is. it also depends on what ste the comic is. if it was printed and released in the past few years, it probably wont sell for very much. if it was printed and released 30 years ago and is in good condition, i will sell for a lot of money. if it is the same comic i just mentioned but in bad state, it will sell for about how much the newer one did. make sense?? :D
