Not particularly - they are worth only a few cents unless in exceptional Uncirculated condition, and even then not more than a dollar or two.
The exception to this, however, is the so called "1955 Double Die", in which the date and some other aspects of the front of the coin appear to be doubled. These in Uncirculated condition can be worth thousands of dollars, and are worth hundreds even in circulated condition. See a reputable coin dealer for a better estimate if you have one of these.
Note that the doubling on a "Double Die" coin is not subtle - if you're uncertain as to whether or not the date is doubled, it isn't.
