Yes. Having no mirrors creates a dangerous situation even for experience riders who can unbalance themselves attempting to look over their shoulder. Of course, that's because they're ususally wearing helmets. ^C'mon bro you totally missed the point of the question. OF COURSE YOU NEED MIRRORS. Question is can you go by with just one. On any military installation you are required to have two(2) mirrors on your motorcycle. I myself am looking for a definative answer for off base. you need an A permit for motorcycles and B for cars, so they are 2 different things which have nothing to do with one another. You can have both a car permit and a motorcycle one.
