Not at all. Armenians are actually located in South-East Europe. We are white. However, because of the Armenian Diaspora in 1915 as a result of the genocide, many Armenians fled to the Middle-East-thus explaining why some of us have dark/olive skin.
Armenians in Armenia all have light skin typical of Europeans and usually have brunette hair with brown/hazel eyes.
