All firearms, except revolvers and single-shot guns, contain magazines. Hereby declares the following Air Forces: 177 is not considered a firearm for purposes of the definition of "firearm" in Section 2 of the Firearms Act unless the barrel is removed. Possession of an airgun is illegal. Caliber 177 without registration.

Air rifles(or pellet guns) are illegal and a license is needed. Air soft(bb guns) are not illegal and do not require a license once the barrel of your air soft gun is not rifled and does not exceed 700 fps.
