No. The were made from 1946 - 1985. Today Benjamin is owned by Crosman air gun co, Benjamin does make the HB22 that is a .22 cal pump-up pistol. They also have the new Gas piston "Trail NP" .22 cal pistol, it's a single pump pistol.

It depends on the Model, Age and Condition of the pistol. Benjamin pistols are still being made today. Benjamin is currently owned by Crosman air gun company.
All the Benjamin air pistols have wooden handle's. the first model was the 100 series (models 100, 122 & 177 made from 1935-41
Almost all of Benjamin pistols were single shot except for a very few later models. Benjamin used the term "Super single shot" on several models. However each model had a three digit model number that identified the model and from this you could determine the years it was made. Please look at your pistol again and state the model number.

It depends on the model. Most are made in Japan. High end shotguns are still made in Belgium for custom orders. Some pistols are made in Belgium and assembled in Portugal.

I don't believe Benjamin ever made a model 170, but they did make a model 177. Is this the BB gun you are asking about?
