H&R Block has indicated that they will be starting their holiday loan program on or around 6 December 2010.
Jackson Hewitt has not yet made a commitment to a date as of 20 October 2010.

Short story is h&r block isn't doing them in 2012 & j&h is. Apparently the irs has stopped providing a debt indicator tool which these tax companies use to determine a potential loan candidates status & credit worthiness. So dont be surprised if the fees will be more this year & it will be harder to get approved.
