There is some circumcision of South Korean men as a result of the American influence. However as In The US it is rapidly becoming a less popular activity as has pretty well been discredited as a form of unnecessary Genital mutilation by mainstream medical authority's. Circumsicion is initially a religious or cultural rite that was introduced Into non religious English speaking country's during the Victorian era to stop boys from masturbating. The reasoning has changed over the years but its reasonableness hasn't.
