No, Jehovah's Witnesses are a Christian Group and are recognised as such my most authorities. They actively strive to imitate Jesus as their leader and obey his command including the command to preach the gospel (see Matthew 28: 19, 20).
Merriam Webster's dictionary (online) defines "Christian" as "one who professes belief in the teachings of Jesus Christ". Biblically a "christian" is someone who is a follower of Christ. Jehovah's Witesses believe Jesus to be the son of God and the only saviour for mankind and strive to obey his commands. Thus in every aspect, they can rightly be referred to as CHRISTIANS.
