Jehovah's Witnesses are human, which means we make mistakes because we are not perfect.
Good and bad are relative terms. We try to live by Godly principles as outlined in Scripture, and so we try to be good. In this system we will never be as good as we will be when sin and imperfection is gone.

The thing about it is, we do not say the person is good or bad, but what they do is good or bad. Jesus said no one is good but God. In that sense we are not good. However, that is the goal toward which we are pressing.
