It depends on where you are. Judaism is a culture, a race, a religion, and a belief. The Jews were sometimes called a people without a country. Jews share a common ancestry and many identify themselves as Jewish. The Jews lived in many different countries, but they kept to themselves and had their own language, heritage, beliefs, and traditions. In Russia when religion was outlawed, people were not considered of the Jewish belief, but on records some peoples' race was considered Judaism. Judaism is very difficult. We live in the year 2009 and still we are nomads. We are a people united, but we are a people across the world.
