Jews who study the Talmud become very smart. The Talmud is a book on Jewish Law. It is taught in many major colleges/universities in the United States, many Non Jews like to learn it because it helps them become smarter. The reason why Talmud makes you smarter is because it makes you think a lot, it doesn't say direct rules to follow. Jewish law is very fair and that's why it's allowed to be used in many countries.

Some people think that this is the result of genetic selection, some claim that this is due to international cabals; but I find most convincing the argument that the Jewish culture created educated Jews. In this view, Judaism's stress in education and willingness to work hard has resulted in their incredible success. East Asians have similarly been hard workers who valued education and therefore have also acquired the stereotype of being clever. If Europeans en masse, Hispanics, Blacks, or Arabs shared this propensity to educate their children, expect the best from them, and have a strong work ethic, they would probably see marked improvement as well.

Intelligence is generally fixed by age four and scores will change little over a lifetime if good health is a given. That would indicate a genetic predisposition but who knows?
