No. Just because a single Jewish writer wrote against Ukrainians (2014), does not mean that any or all other Jews share his opinions. Rather, we relate to Ukrainians for whatever they happen to be. Those who are cordial to us, which I will reasonably assume is the large majority, are viewed by us in the same manner as are such people of any other nationality. I personally have had dealings with a good number of Gentile Ukrainians and it never occurred to me or my colleagues to see them differently than people of other countries.
We have not forgotten the pogroms of Bogdan Chmielnicki and his Cossack marauders (1648-9), but that does not translate to animosity against those Ukrainians who did not participate, or to Ukrainians who lived later.
