Your question asks are so presumably you mean now, in 2011. The answer is yes. Quite a lot has changed in Germany since the end of World War 2 in May 1945 (over 65 years ago). I'd add that I'm very surprised by this question. Has it not occurred to you that if Jews were not 'allowed in Germany' now in 2011, there would be pandemononium and uproar and you would have heard about it?
