I was wondering this same question as it had been suggested they may be made of soy. Their website does not currently list beef in the Nutrition tab for their regular Krystal. However, if you open up the Ingredient Information PDF and look for Krystal Beef Patty, it is indeed made of beef. I hope this clarifies the misleading information on one of the pages of their website.
Assuming you are speaking of the patty, it is made of beef. It contains no soy.
It contains no soy. It is made of beef. There is a PDF on their website that lists all the ingredients in their food.

This site is rubbish, because you can never trust who writes on it and what they write on it! Bye Bye!! xx
