Sort of... Apple Inc. manufactures the Mac (short for Macintosh- a type of apple, you see). Over the years the various other types of Apple computers have all gone out of production. Apple makes all kinds of other electronics- iphones, ipods, etc., but when you are referring to personal computers, Apples and Macs are pretty much the same thing.
