Of course! However, some parents don't like their children to sing Christian hymns. Fundamentalists condemn music all together, however this opinion is not supported by the Quran. So the answer is yes (except for hymns that contradict the Quran, ie that Jesus is the Lord) but each parent has their own personal opinion.

it depends on the disability. normally the children that are handicapped are not allowed to play and also the kids with down-syndrome are not allowed. but i have seen deaf children play with other children in sport teams... im not positive about outside of school though.
