We don't know for sure yet. Nintendo could be making one right now. Here is what I heard it will include:
It will be called wii fit life and will involve you playing as your mii, walking around the Wii Sports island (using the wii balance board and remote to control your mii) in search of money to buy bigger houses. You get money by doing lots of sports and activities that will help them loose weight from wii sports, wii sports resort, wii fit plus, and lots of new ones.
You start off living in the hotel, then you move to the village, the town, Wedge Island, the lighthouse, Blue Lagoon Hideaway, and then finally the castle. You can walk around these houses like in Animal Crossing, and you can buy furniture for them from shops in the town.

No Nintendo Wii are designed to play on a Nintendo Wii and it says so on the game. Games are not interchangeable or the stores would not have to carry the many different versions
