I had a 95 Saab turbo convertible, the predecessor to the 93. Looked almost identical but there were about 2000 different engineering changes between the 900SE and the 93. My 900SE turbo convertible was GREAT fun to drive. Top sealed completely, no leaks. Good shifter. Lots of power. HOWEVER, SAABs are very expensive to be repaired at dealers, and are uncommon enough there aren't a lot of independent shops that know how to deal with their quirks when things go wrong. I sold mine with 135,000 miles...it was still running strong, but was going to need a clutch within 15,000 miles, and the dealer estimated over $2000 for a clutch job. SAABs are great while they work. And are expen$ive when they break.
