Yes, Secretaries are still very much relevant in the business world. It is actually disheartening the way Executives see and deal with Secretaries in offices. With the advent of various levels of Technology, more Executives believe that Secretaries are no longer relevant, since they have their laptops and other machines and equpment to handle their jobs.
This has however increased their labour works and reduced their mental input. Combining the two at the same level can only increase stress and therefore reduce lifespan.
