Yes, and there are muscles throughout your entire body. If there were no muscles in your palm, you wouldn't be able to crush anything in it, and the middle of your hand, theoretically, would be squishy and useless.
Yes
Well, people certainly need muscles! There's 3 kinds of muscles: Skelatal, Smooth, and Cardiac. These are reasons why you need them: -Skelatal: Without skelatal muscles, you wouldn't be able to do anything! Whenever you try to pick up something, you're using muscles. Whenever you sit down to rest, you're using muscles. When you type on the computer, when you talk to your sister, when you smile at your friend, you're using muscles. -Smooth: Without Smooth Muscles, your inner workings would not work. You wouldn't be able to digest food or even be born-- because the uterus is a smooth muscle that is necessary to human existance. Think of it this way: If you didn't have a stomach, you'd starve to death, right? Right. You need your smooth muscles. -Cardiac: This is a little more limited than the other muscles, but it is equally, maybe even more, important. Your cardiac muscle is your heart. And I dearly hope you know why you need your heart. If the heart didn't work, we'd all be dead. No kidding. So there you have it-- why muscles are important. You need them to survive, and to have fun while you're doing it. I hope this helped! ^_^
Voluntary muscles are muscles that you control.
Basically, All the muscles in your entire body can move. There's muscles that you can move on your own, and there's muscles that you can't.Nevertheless, these muscles that you can't move, move by itself. These muscles are called "The cardiac and smooth muscles.".Muscles that you are able to move on your own are "Skeletal muscles.".- Christofer Placencio, 01/31/13.

No, unlike smaller reptiles and amphibians, crocodilians do not have the ability to regenerate lost limbs. I would assume they rarely ever need to though, not many things are able to take on crocodiles, especially the Nile and Estuarine varieties.
