Most Toyota's purchased in the United States are made in the United States, usually in one of five plants located in Kentucky, Alabama, Indiana, Texas and West Virginia. It would not be cost effective to build the vehicles in Japan and ship them to overseas markets. However, some parts may not be made in america. The plants specified earlier are officially "Assembly" plants.

Absolutely. Camry is assembled in Kentucky. Camry has a higher percentage of US domestic parts content than any traditional American vehicle. In 2011, Camry passed the Ford F150 pickup truck as being the most American vehicle. Other Toyotas are also made in the US. Ask Ford, GM and Chrysler why they have moved to Canada and Mexico. Unions states were wiping them out.
This statement exemplifies the logical fallacy known as circular reasoning, where the conclusion is restated in the premises or when the conclusion is assumed in the premises. The argument fails to provide evidence or logical reasons why Toyotas are the best-made cars besides simply stating they are well constructed.
