For the most part it seems that DHL is cheapest when it comes to ground shipping. The problem is that DHL companies are hard to find now because they are starting to lose customers. Therefore UPS is the next cheapest as far as ground shipping goes and it is much easier to find a UPS office. The running is between Fedex and DHL. DHL is a bit cheaper at this point but Fedex is more established and more trusted and their rates are just as competitive.
