basically, but wii fit plus has some more training exercises and also has routines. routines are various selections of exercises that have a theme to them. you can also create your own routines. they are both very fun.

∙ 12y agoYes they are the same. The Wii balance board is produced by Nintendo, where as the Wii action board is produced by Intec. The Wii action board is just the off brand one, like when you buy from Mad Catz or Nyko. They are all the same and a lot of the time Nyko is higher quality that actual Nintendo products.
