No, definitely not. The Watchtower 15th May 1952 page 320, printed by Jehovah's Witnesses, says;
'' When Jesus attended a wedding feast he used the occasion to glorify God, performing his first miracle, the turning of water into wine.
And we can be sure that he [Jesus] did not get in any line to kiss the bride either-so we leave such woman-exalting practices back in the creature-worshiping world, where they belong.''
Although this was written more than fifty years ago, there is nothing in the Watchtower literature since to say that this isn't the case today.
In my own experience of Witness weddings though, Witnesses don't seem to take any notice of this, most probably out of ignorance of the official teaching.
Most brides and grooms do kiss at Orthodox Jewish weddings, albeit a modest kiss.

The priest
The Best Man can choose to kiss the bride or simply congratulate her and it's up to the individual that is Best Man. If he does kiss her it should be on the cheek and not on the lips.
The best man does not have to kiss the bride, but can ask her for a dance at the reception. However, if he so chooses to kiss the bride it should not be on the lips, but on her cheek. It is a form of congratulating the newly married bride and expressing his happiness for the couple (the best man should also shake hands with the groom or a hug if very good friends is acceptable.)
