of cource they are...well 99% of them
Because of the new expansion, World of Warcraft: Wrath of The Lich King, no private servers of any merit are able to emulate the game properly... it will be months before any private server will be able to create a bug free emu.
There are no free world of warcraft accounts on official servers. If you are using a private server ask the freakin server owner, not here. how are we supposed to even know what server you are using?
There are no good free realms. To get good servers, you use the official servers that come with the game and are operated, maintained, and overseen by blizzard employees. Free servers (aka private servers) are against the Terms of Use that you sign whenever you install or upgrade WoW.
This is not possible, as access to the Blizzard servers only is possible with a valid subscription. This needs to be a paid and active subscription connected to a battle.net account. Without this, you cannot play World of Warcraft on official servers.
You cannot play world of warcraft on any official server if you do not pay subscription fees, but there are private servers where people play. These are not endorsed by Blizzard and very buggy, but usually free.
Their are games like Runescape which is similar to World of Warcraft, it does not need to be downloaded, however, needs Adobe Flash Player and a internet browser in order to play the game. You can have a free account or either be a 'member' which costs per month, where you are able to go to more places, get more items etc... Their are also Private Servers of Runescape which can be played where you level up really quick. However, im not sure if their is private servers for World of Warcraft, i hope this answer has helped - Wezza
It depends how one defines top but the World of Warcraft private server ranked the highest is Molten. It is a free private server and praised for it's lag free experience.
Private servers are operated by a company or a group of people who are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. These servers do not have Blizzard support, and all technical aspects are handled by the admins' technicians. Some private servers have a small charge, while others are free to play in. Private servers are generally less stable and prone to being abandoned when compared to the official servers, but some stable ones have existed for years with minor incidents.
No, you can not play World of Warcraft without a subscription unless you play on illegal private servers that are not supported by blizzard. These servers can be much more buggy and you will be kicked off the server many times because the server itself crashes many times and generally by an all around mess. EDIT: you can now play World of Warcraft for free until level 20.
World of Warcraft also has (illegal) private servers everyone hears about that you could probably get hooked up on from a website and it is free. But if you want to try a similar game to world of warcraft you can always try Runes of Magic its very very similar with a lot of players and its FREE
You can not play World of Warcraft for free with out downloading it. WoW is a client-server game, you have to have the client installed in order to play. While there are free private servers available, they are not legal, and are usually pretty buggy.
No, the trial account is the only way to play the official live servers for free.
