In a word, "Yes".

One grape is not going to kill a medium-sized to large dog. Feed them as treats regularly and your either going to have huge Vet bills or bury your pet. DON'T feed dogs grapes. (Trained Helping / K9s / and War Dogs 30+ years).

Are grapes bad for dogs- Why?

Although the toxic substance within grapes and raisins is unknown, these fruits can cause kidney failure. Until more information is known about the toxic substance, it is best to avoid feeding grapes and raisins to dogs. Macadamia nuts can cause weakness, depression, vomiting, tremors and hyperthermia in dogs. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/nutrition/can-dogs-eat-grapes/ Grapes and raisins are known to be highly toxic to dogs, though research has yet to pinpoint exactly which substance in the fruit causes this reaction. Because of that, peeled or seedless grapes should also be avoided. Breed, sex, or age of a dog has no influence on the risk of being affected, and since there is no proven amount that is safe, you shouldn’t be giving your pup grapes or raisins at all.
