No, they are completely different on so many levels.
All Pokemon evolve at the same level in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon as in the other games. As such, Treecko is able to evolve at level 16 in Mystery Dungeon. However, evolution is only unlocked when you get far enough in the story.
The same level as in the other Pokemon games, lvl 16
the same dungeon where you battled the mankeys
Yes, the only difference is that some Pokemon, such as Mewtwo and Lucario, are absent from one game or the other.
yes it is
it's the same as the pokemon mystery dungeon red rescue team. you can find mewtwo in the western cave once you recruited ho-oh.
the same as explorers of time/darkness with extras.
darkria you get it when you talk to someone but im not eczacly shoure
They both carry the same story, so yes the legendary Pokemon does.
no only enemies and in all Pokemon rescue and explorers its the same too ;)
I do have the mystery dungeon 2 and you have to beat the game (beat Dialga) to recruit any legendaries. Or, you can beat the game, beat Dialga to get Dialga, then the same for Palkia, but you never get to actually recruite them, I tried.
If I am right, it should be the same time as the U.S. and that was on October 12. As a side note, PMD:EoS is not a third generation Mystery Dungeon game, but a remake of the second games PMD:EoT/D, in the same manner as Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, and Platinum. That seems to be a common mistake now.
