Yes, they are all considered light breeds. Your heavy breeds or draft breeds would be like Clydesdales, Belgians, Shires, Gypsy Vanners, etc.
All of these breeds have been influenced at some point in their development by other breeds. However the Arabian has had the least influence in recent times and is therefore the purest of the breeds listed.
