I do not know of any reason why they would be bad, unless you are thinking about those that are artificially flavored. Some people are not enthralled with artificial flavorings.
You want to stay away from the teas that are very high in sugar. Most iced teas are loaded with sugar. However, there are some teas that are not, and those teas would most likely be more healthy. It will have a very foul taste to it.

Perhaps there are some teas that aren't advisable to take (avoid green tea) but they are very few. You should ask a doctor but I think you can drink almost any tea.
