No. Betta (splendens) are a small fish commonly kept as pets and are harmless to humans. Maybe if one was stupid enough to swallow one live with the tail going in first one could be choked by it.
I'm not quite sure, but I've heard that Betta fish (Siamese fighting fish) with bamboo in their tank have a very lucky essence.

Siamese fighting fish are carnivores. And like most pets, they should have a varied diet. So try a good pallet or flake made specifically for them, along with blood worms, red worms, brine shrimp and the like. X-treme Betta Pellets and Fluval Bug Bites are my Go-To personally!😁
First of all, how big is the tank? I recommend at least a 10 gallon if you want to house these two fish together. anything smaller, you can forget about the frog already. It should work just until the frog grows to about the same size as the betta. Or even an inch smaller. Clawed frogs are opportunists and will Try to get the betta any chance it gets. You can still try but you will need a backup plan just in case things dont work out. I've tried it and it worked until the frog grew bigger. I wouldnt recommend it if you do not have another cycled tank to put your betta fish in. Well good luck to you and your pets :)

You and any pets you have will have to leave the house. Fish are very sensitive to pesticides.
