I would say no. A pop tart is a sugary pastery, which is bad for your teeth. The blueberries are not fresh and they have unnatural sugar in them, and its very bad for u. Sugar in the morning is not good for you. You should have a bowl of cereal and Orange Juice, or even a peice of bread with all natural blueberry jam. hope this answers ur question!
