Majority of the time, no. Mainly due to the fact that books contain more details and side stories that movies can't get into in a short amount of time.

movies are better than books because the movies give you more of a thrill and it doesnt take that long to end. Books are better because you can take a break and guess what happens next. its really hard to choose which is better. but this is just my opinion.

I think books are better because books have more details and you will have the memory or the story in your head. BOOKS! You also get to see how other peple write their feelings or their thoughts. Movies a lot of times leave out important details or shorten the whole story. So I would say books are better!
