yes most of the time they are (sadly) but in order to make them stop, be with them for 10-20 minutes and if the boy cat hisses just flick him on the nose each time (don't play with him after, and don't flick him to hard) this should work! if i was helpful please recommend me so i can have a trust point!! :D i would like that :D
