Well the golden years of 1963's Doctor Who was mainly more interesting to the kids as they loved the Cute little Grey daleks with fire extinguishers. Well considering it was mostly technicolor and croaky voices with wheels being seen under the daleks it was a pretty good show in the 60's.
Now the new episodes of Modern Doctor who are much more complex and have better sound effects, light and didn't have black and white Episodes. All the enemies have been made more bigger,More aggressive and for daleks fatter. Personally i like the past series of modern doctor who but it depends on peoples opinions.
The only Classic Doctor Who episode in which the Doctor had no companion is 'The Deadly Assassin'
Any that isn't skylander Spyro.

In the classic Dr. Who (William Hartnell to Sylvester McCoy), none. Not sure if there were any in the new series as I haven't watched that many of them. But I don't think so.
