Well, they're fashionable, they look really cool, and come in awesome colors and designs!
Some people still think they are still in style but others don't from what has been seen they are a classic. Classic shoes don't go out of style even if they someone else thinks they aren't.
Yes, Converse shoes are still popular with the younger generation in 2104.
The first Chuck Taylor Converse was first released in the year 1908 in February. The Converse Company went through many struggles but now Converse are one of the many popular shoes still worn today.
Yes, Van shoes are still popular in 2014. Many hipsters like to wear Vans.
The shoes at Target are not knock offs. They have the registered mark of Converse (the little 'R' in the circle after the name). If Target was selling fake Converse with an improper use of the registered mark, there would be a serious lawsuit. So, yes, they are real Converse - they're just a cheaper version of the same shoe, still made by Converse.
Hi. I have a lot of experience with shoes and this question is not as easily answered as one may think. It greatly depends on the shoe manufacturer and the type of shoe you are talking about because some shoes run big or small compared to traditional sneaker retailers. If you are talking about just everyday shoes/sneakers at walmart, kmart, etc than I would say a 9 to 9.5 is the most popular size. However, when compared to Nike a size 10.5 to 11 is the most popular because there sizes run much smaller than other manufacturers and most men will wear a much larger nike size then they would in any other brand.Hope this helps. You need a life dude, the world doesn't revolve around shoes!berwald----
i am pretty sure they are. i had the same question so i investigated. i have a pair of converse that are alot of times listed as a guys shoe though i am a girl, i still wear them to school because i believe that all converse are unisex, nobody has told me otherwise.
Yes they do, but they're not sold in the US. From time to time you can find them for sale on eBay, and sold out of China. Recently their was (may still be) a pair of Thor/Avengers converse in light blue shipped from Hong Kong. There are some UK sites that also feature the sneakers (hi and lo top Captain American, low top Hulk, and low top Thor) at bout $59-$65 US dollars. I have not purchased from these sites because some of them seem iffy so if you're going to do so, than research them first and make sure there is no scam involved. You can google Marvel Converse and see the real converse shoes, like those on eBay, and then fan-made converse shoes. I really want the Thor shoes but they were $85 on eBay and I'm not willing to risk purchasing from any foreign websites that I can't prove are legit, so sadly I do not own these sneakers. I'm currently waiting to hear back from Converse who is looking into it for me. They'll let me know if they can find them in stock at one of their own warehouses/stores.
Timberland, Converse,Nautilus, Thorogood are some common brands of steel toe shoes. You might find other cheaper brand name that will still do a great job.

Adidas shoes are still very much in style through all ages. They are have shoes that are not only good for sports, but good for everyday wear.
Yes. i bought a size 3 in youth for my daughter (who was a size 3 at the time) and the shoes didn't fit her until 2 years later. she is 13 now and still wears the size 3 converse i bought her 3 years ago!
No not at all! at least where I live they aren't. They had their moment of popularity but their out now. TOMS, Converse, and any Nike, or brand name shoes are in.
The most popular shoes for a child at age five are ones with their favorite designs. These can include designs of cartoon characters or barbie. These shoes will gernerally be lace up types, but there are a few that still offer the velcro option.
