Too many to list. You would be better off asking which countries have had female leaders.
Broadly speaking they are better off. The European Union brings a lot of benefits. This is why many of the countries of Europe have joined the European Union. It was founded in 1957, then known as the European Economic Community, by 6 countries. It now has 27 members, which is just over half of the countries in Europe.
The UK has not joined the Euro because a number of economic conditions were not in synch with the rest of the Eurozone. In order words, the British economy is 'out of synch' with that of the Eurozone. Moreover, there is a lot of hostility in the UK to the European Union.
As of the 1st of January 2014, 18 members of the European Union use the Euro. The 10 that do not are: United Kingdom Bulgaria Croatia Czech Republic Denmark Hungary Lithuania Poland Romania Sweden
