iv'e heard that your not suppose to give dogs chochlate but i gave my dog chochlate and he is a small dog and if u give small pieces of chochlate to small dogs it gives them organ damage but my little dog was fine and i keep giving it to him

∙ 13y agoDogs are not allergic to chocolate, if they eat it, it has a special chemical inside that does not allow the dog to digest it, which may cause it to gather up in it's stomach allowing it to get very very ill. So remember NEVER EVER give a dog CHOCOLATE.

∙ 13y agoIt will poison them. Dogs are allergic to theobromine in chocolate which stimulates the central nervous system (so it will increase heart rate among other things). White chocolate is the least bad, then Milk Chocolate, then dark, then bakers.
