Individual schools and school districts may set their own higher standards. Those with different standards than recommended by the MHSAA commonly enforce a 2.0 or C grade average. Check with the school district your child attends to see if their standard is different than that of the MHSAA.
Federal and local officials often have different standards by which they measure costs, thus achieving different results.
For what transmission? Column or floor shift? While adjusting the linkage to align the shifter with the transmission has to be done no matter what you are working with, Manual transmissions have VERY different linkage than automatics do... Multiple rods vs. just one. Column shift linkage is also a LOT different (and more complex) than floor shift linkage is. If I knew what you were working with I could tell you how to install it step by step.
It doesn't matter as long as there are more than like 4 or 5 it depends on what middle school you are going to though because different middle schools have different standards.
ALL OTHER THINGS BEING EQUAL- yes, the bolt action is typically a more accurate rifle. However, there will be exceptions.
