No, a 5x120.65 wheel will not fit a 7 Series BMW, as BMW typically uses a 5x120 bolt pattern. The 0.65 mm difference in the bolt pattern means the wheel will not align properly with the hub, leading to fitment issues. To ensure compatibility, you should look for wheels specifically designed for BMW with the 5x120 specification.

I've heard that your car has the same engine and wheels build as BMW 3-Series. So what you need is to find wheels matching BMW and the will probably match your car. Your native rims are 13" and the least rims for BMW are 16", if taking new low-profiled tires, I guess there will be no problems!
The wheels you need will have to be 5x120 bolt pattern with a hub bore of 72.5 if I remember correctly. 7 Series E38 = PCD 5x120, center bore 72.5mm and M12x1.5 bolt thread. ET 13-25
