That would depend on which country you live in. Here in the UK it is still illegal to ride an Electric Scooter on any public road, footpath, cycleway. You can ride on private land with the owners permission. There is hope that the law will change in 2021, and hopefully children will be allowed to use them, but i think this will still be on private land. We will have to wait on that one.
There are a few sites out there that sell them for kids and adults, but again that would depend on the country you are in, we don't sell them at present but that could change in the future , but we can update as and when they are.
