Indeed electric toothbrushes are better than regular ones. The pasonic toothbrush i would recomend. It brushes 100 times per minute. So overall i would say Eletric tootbrushes are better than the regular ones.

Electric toothbrushes themselves do not decrease cavities. Cavities are more likely to form in the areas a person does not reach with their regular brush. Some do just fine with a regular manual brush where others do better with the electric.
