Good god no! If anything, they are very uncomfortable, as it is a liquid being basically shoved backwards into your digestive system that causes you to have diahrrea for days. It is very uncomfortable, and occasionally painful. I know nothing of how it is for homosexual men, however, as I am a heterosexual female.
