The caucasian ovacharka is bigger than most mastiffs, but the tibetan mastiff.
No he is an English mastiff which tend to be larger than bull mastiffs
Bullmastiffs are much bigger than labs. Labs are 60 to 88 pounds, while bullmastiffs weigh 100 to 133 pounds.
Yes they Do.
If the mother is the Old English Mastiff then the puppies would be bigger than if the American Bulldog was the mother. If the English Mastiff was the mother then I would say that they could be almost as big or as big as the Old English Mastiff, depending on whose genes they have, probably lighter in the body, but very muscular. If the mother is the American Bulldog, the puppies would probably be just a bit bigger than that, but probably not as big as an Old English Mastiff.I have a Neopolitan Mastiff x Labrador bitch. Her mother was the labrador and she is about the size of a large labrador male, with a very deep chest but has her mothers labrador head and black labrador colouring, even though her mother was a yellow labrador. Her father was a brindle.
While I'm no authority on either breed, I have become somewhat familiar with each. My son just purchased a 2 yr old South African Boerboel and I am currently seeking a Cane Corso. The Boerboel is also known as a South African Mastiff while the Corso is an Italian mastiff. Both breeds are large dogs with the Boerboel being the larger of the two. Both are reputed as being excellent guards, and loyal family pets for those who are dominant enough to establish themselves as the pack leader. I am heeding the advice offered by many on the intrenet, carefully researching as much information as I can, and visiting as many breeders possible. These dogs must be of the best temperment for they are a very powerful breed. I have raised several Rottwielers but typically both the Boerboel and the Cane Corso physically dwarf the Rottie. If you are not accustom to handling large dog breeds it is advised that you start with another breed. If you are insistant on starting with either of these two breeds then I would highly recommend that you start with a puppy that is submissive. Unless you intend to use the dog for what it was breed to do (WORK), a submissive speciment should serve you well since their physical presence is more than enough to deter any suspicious callers. I hope that this helps and good luck however you decide!
I depends, for example, a really strange English rabbit could be waayyy bigger than American ones, but I think its Wild American. The tame rabbits are usually fluffy and small.
Yes- so that is why I bought an English table
No. If you have seen the movies Men In Black and Men In Black 2, the little dog named Frank is a pug. A mastiff is about 5 maybe 6 or 7 times bigger than a puny pug. A mastiff can eat a pug for an appetizer.
Either would be correct, and NO bigger would be the likely colloquial version. The phrase "no bigger" is an idiomatic formation that moves the negative specifically to bigger (e.g. He's no bigger than I am). Using NOT, another common usage is to add "any" (e.g. that's not any better).
This question is a matter of opinion. Some people like English budgies better than regular budgies or other people like regular budgies better than English budgies.
The English channel is an area of sea. There is no such thing as "the sea" as sea is an area of coastal water (on the continental shelf); water above the abyssal plain/not enclosed by land is called an ocean. So, to answer, no the English Channel is not bigger than the oceans or any part of sea - the English Channel is just an area of sea between mainland Europe and the southern coast of England. Look at it on a map.
