the good effects on a estuary is the amountof animals and plants it gets. the bad effects are when the animals harm the estuaries and when the water is harmful in the ocean
Similar, but not identical. And as most species are extinct beyond repair (we´ll probably never extract good dinosaur DNA) even backcrossing with living species is impossible.
to encourage the love of animals and wildlife and for breeding programs to take place to help endangered species' numbers grow.

breeding under pressure
Yes
No!!!
There are many environmental conditions - hot, cold. fry, wet - each supporting various plant ecosystems which are each designed to exploit specific conditions in the local environment. These many species are tasty, good protective cover and good breeding ground for species which are adapted to specific conditions of periods of productivity. Each of these species living on the plants is in turn tasty to some other omnivorous or carnivores species. As a result there are many niches to be filled in the ecosystem.
ESTUARIES are especially vulnerable to pollution because they are at the end of all the pollution from factories and farmland runoff all the way down the river. Rivers have been used as rubbish dumps all through history, and this is still happening in many places. Estuaries that do not get a good flushing out by the sea tides are especially vulnerable.
Estuaries are good environments for organisms because the variables in it can be controlled to fit the organism's needs, as opposed to being, although in that organism's natural environment, such things as droughts, tornadoes and many other things that can not be determined.
