No. BK is supposed to be a once in a lifetime type thing really. Giving you a fresh start so you can take care of all the future life events, expected or not. No one files BK because good things happen, and making exemptions for bad things wouldn't make sense. Those filing times work both ways...if you hit the lottery today, the people you didn't pay and were discharged in your BK couldn't come and take it.
