Well for starters, I own two beardies at the moment, and both of them are very tame and calm, I even bring them for walks to the park with me on my shoulder, my girlfriend also walks them on her shoulder. We get people stopping us everywhere we go asking us questions about them. I haven't seen any mean beardies, just neglected ones that become nervous around people because no-one has paid any attention to them for a while, but even then they aren't mean, just scared. So to answer your question (Finally!) BOTH as long as you take care of them and pay attention to them, feed them properly and keep them clean they should be very happy beardies. Hope this helped!

slipdunk2@hotmail.com Doesn't matter if it's male or female. For the most part beardies like human interaction and will be tame automatically. I have owned about 20 beardies in my life (currently I have 5), and only one has ever had an attitude and tried biting. With little work it was tamed and now friendly towards humans, but as far as the sex, it won't matter.
Bearded dragons tend to be very dosile and it is not in their instinct to bite.
I have a female Bearded Dragon and she has never bitten me, she licks me a lot and if I am holding her and she doesn't feel safe she may scratch me a little, but thats only because she's trying to find her footing and she does not feel safe.
She has only once ever attempted to bite me. But that was because my thumb nail was painted dark red (almost the same colour as a cricket) and she mistook it for food. She was very sorry afterwards though.
Bearded dragons are not usually agressive at all, although if living in pairs of male and female, the male will try to defend the female if he thinks she is in danger.
The female bearded dragon is bigger and i'm doing reseach im getting a bearie on fri. and today is March 11,2012! Hope that helped!
the female would be beardy and the male would be beard the female would be beardy and the male would be beard
Two adult males will always fight for dominance and territory. A male will bite a female to dominte her during mating.
Yes though generally not as extremely as a male.
You can house bearded dragons together only if they are both girls males will fight for dominace male and female must be separated after layin eggs hope this helps
They are either having sex (male and female) or they are just playing around.
Well, First of all male bearded dragons are not real buddy.....
Yes,.. bearded dragons can and a select few do have blue eyes! I have a breeding male that very much has blue eyes!
ONLY if they're either two females - or a male * female. Two males housed together WILL fight.
If you want a smaller, less aggressive bearded dragon I would suggest the female but if you are looking for a more energetic, feisty bearded dragon I would go for the larger, stronger boy dragon.
When the bearded dragons go through intercourse, the eggs are fertilized inside of the female already. So when the female lays the eggs, they are already fertilized.
get a male and a female and you should see them on top of eachother sometimes then the female will lay eggs. take the eggs and put them into an incubator and dont let the female take care of them or else the eggs will die.
== == Beardies mate then the male leaves. The female is gravid for 2-3 weeks then she lays one of many clutches during the breeding season.
