Generally, no. Most gummy candies used pork-based Gelatin. If a brand uses beef of vegetarian gelatin, that should be listed on the label.

No because they have gelatin (pig fat I think??) in gummy stuff like that. Also like gummy bears or gummy worms, swedish fish, sour punch straws, ect. But my Arabic teacher finds Halal sour patch online and they taste better than the original. Just a bit better =) But ehh, I still eat those candies ;)
not all birds meat are halal, hence when the meat of bird is halal it means their eggs are halal too, as example eagles are not halal, the eagles egg are not halal, tortoise , snakes, etc are same case. one more thing the halal eggs should have two different shapes from both sides, shouldn't be round as a ball .
