No, and car makers are not responsible for drunk drivers.
No more than the maker of a car being morally responsible for deaths caused by drunk drivers.
This is a tough question to answer but in my opinion I would think that wikileaks would have caused deaths because those secret documents revealed our troops weak spots and much more so terrorists will probably target those spots and it is likely that soldiers will be attacked at any time leading to deaths.
That is really a matter of opinion. I know that Adolph Hitler was responsible for the death of 10,000,000 Joseph Stalin for the deaths of 20,000,000 and Mao for the deaths of 30,000,000. (Those numbers are just approximate) Those are just a few things. The world is a pretty messed up place.

There have been no deaths directly attributed to American boot camps of the military variety. While deaths of recruits do occur, and the causes of those deaths may be attributed to elements of training or the environment, boot camp is not the cause of death. The same is likely true of confinement or correctional boot camps.

Pennsylvania has the highest number of fatal accidents. Wrong way and head on accidents caused 400 deaths in 2011 and 60% of those were drunk drivers.
The occurence of a Solar Elcipse is caused by the relative orbits of the Earth and the Moon around Sun and the Earth respectively. Those orbits are caused by the Gravitational Forces of the Sun, Earth, and Moon. So I would have to say that Gravity is the Fundamental Force responsible for a solar eclipse.
In the United States, there are more than 32,000 yearly deaths caused by firearms each year. This number is slowly rising, while the incidence rate (i.e. deaths per 100,000 people) is about the same. This means that there are about 85 deaths each day in the USA due to a gun. Note that about 19,000 of those deaths are suicides, 11,000 from homicide, and 800 from accidents.
The answer is Traffic Accidents, or if you talking about specific persons look back to history of the second WWII about communism and Nazism i think take the credit for that.(Personally i do not support non of those two ideologies so please do not post stupid comments) thank you As for persons directly responsible for deaths... it wasn't Hitler or WWII... Hitler killed around 6million... Stalin - 29, but Mao... 50... so theirs your answer.
