Are headaches normal when pregnant or should you be worried that they might be something else?
Yes they are very common its just the hormones in your body. If they get bad enough talk to your doctor and see if he can help with giving you something for them!
Each patient is different, and whether it is normal for YOU to have severe headaches while pregnant should be discussed with your doctor. For a diagnosis, a doctor needs to be consulted. Preferably a headache specialist who is best able to diagnose, treat and manage headache disorders. In this case, an OB/GYN may also be helpful in managing pregnancy related headache.

Is it possible to have a sinus infection with horrible headaches that doesn't show up on CT scans and if so how could it be detected?
If the headaches are as horrible as you say, no. When the sinuses are infected they produce mucus which creates the pressure which creates the headaches. On xrays (or CTs) normal sinuses look dark gray or black, when there is an infection it is white. Very hard to mistake. Headaches have to be from something else. Keep looking.
Could you be pregnant if you have been having bad headaches and cramping like you have gas period doesnt start till 2 weeks?
Mostly signs of a period and pregnancy are similar but there are more signs to pregnancy. If you have your periods you'd experience: cramps, headaches, sometimes nausea and/or diarrhea, headaches, mood swings and when you are pregnant you'd experience: dizziness for some women, exhaustion, your abdomen feels hard like a ball as if blotted, and a need to pee more often than normal.
Yes, you can have pains in, around the vagina if pregnant, as well as menstrual-like cramps too....this is usually a sign of implantation, where the uterus and cervix stretch to accomodate the growing fetus. If you are worried though, go to your ob right away, as there could be something wrong. Better safe than sorry, though it is probably just normal.
